Swedbank Provides €130 Million Financing to Akropolis Group

On 6 November, Akropolis Group signed a seven-year €130 million credit agreement with Swedbank, with most of the funding intended to refinance an existing loan for Akropolis Vilnius. The group reported first-half 2026 revenue of €81.6 million and EBITDA of €56.6 million. The financing creates opportunities in commercial-property investment and corporate finance.
