Lithuanian Startup Workforce Reaches Record 20,600 Employees

Data released on 6 November showed that Lithuania’s startup and technology companies employed approximately 20,600 people in the third quarter of 2026, up 3% year on year. Average gross monthly pay reached €4,800, an annual increase of 7.7%. The figures highlight demand for specialist recruitment, retention and workforce development.
